The elephant is a very special animal – its appearance is unlike anything else you'll find in the animal kingdom. Particularly prominent is the trunk, which the elephant uses to collect food and spray water with. In a famous story by Rudyard Kipling, the baby elephant gets its trunk by the "grey-green, murky river Limpopo".
Here, out of curiosity, it gets too close to the crocodile that bites the baby elephant's nose. And when the baby elephant finally gets free, the snout has grown to an eye-catching length. We can assure you that this is not how Chresten Sommer gave his baby elephant its trunk, but he has nevertheless created a figure that looks exactly like the living elephant.
Do you have room for two elephants? With its modest size, we dare to venture the claim that there is easily room for both of Chresten Sommer's elephants. In addition to this little Ella, he has also created a large elephant, Ollie, and together the two figures are a cute little family. Both are handmade and hand assembled figures.
