Delivery time

The delivery time varies depending on the item ordered. Products sent on pallets usually take longer than products sent in packages.

Shipping and charges

Shipping is added if you shop for less than SEK 2,000. The shipping price varies depending on the size of the product and is added before final payment.
Tables and larger items are often delivered on pallets. You as the customer are responsible for the pallet being taken care of after it has been unloaded from transport.

Shipping damage

All possible shipping damage must be reported to Svetrend's customer service no later than 4 days after delivery.
Visible shipping damage must be reported to the forwarder immediately upon delivery.

Packages/delivery not collected/received

Packages that are not picked up/received after notification are automatically sent back to This means that you have to pay the shipping to you + return shipping and also a handling fee of SEK 120. (If the shipment is a larger item that was sent to you on an EU pallet, it costs SEK 599 to send it back plus there is also a handling fee of SEK 159.)

Right of withdrawal and return shipping

If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return them within 14 days.

If you have shopped for more than SEK 2,000 and received free shipping on your purchase, the cost of return shipping is SEK 129.
If you shopped for less than SEK 2,000, the return shipping is the same amount as you paid for the shipping at the time of the order.

The only requirement for returns is that the goods are unused and that the original packaging is not damaged. If the product is used or the original packaging is damaged, the return is not accepted. Package the package well to avoid shipping damage. If the product is lost or damaged when you return it, you as the customer will be responsible for payment.
As soon as we have reviewed the return package and there are no complaints, a refund will be made. Any damage to the product leads to a deduction from the refund or is denied in its entirety

All goods purchased by private individuals have a 1-year warranty.

Before a warranty repair or a warranty exchange can be approved, or one of our partners needs to examine your product. In the event that the product is not subject to a warranty fault, but a handling fault, we will charge the buyer for all costs such as shipping and troubleshooting costs.

A complaints handler suggests the most suitable way to repair the product.
If it is not possible to repair the product, we will replace the product with a new one or, in some cases, refund the purchase price paid. This only applies to warranty cases.
